Crumbs and Flakess - REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

1. RETURN REQUESTS

The Platform does not consider any return requests as the Platform is engaged in selling perishable goods. However, upon receiving your order and in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please notify us promptly via email to [email protected]. Upon further investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will offer to replace the product. The complaint notification email should be sent to us within 24 hours of the order having been delivered to you. Our team may need further information to help with solving your complaint. This information must be provided to us within 72 hours of the original complaint notification email sent to us. The email sent to us should contain sufficient proof to substantiate the damage, missing product or incorrect product, preferably a video of the same.
Subject to our findings and in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer to replace the products in the order. Please allow us 7 working days to arrange for replacements to any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your original order.

2. CANCELLATION REQUESTS

In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing the order, post which, if cancelled, there shall be no refund.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
a. if it suspects an User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
b. if it suspects an User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or
c. in case of unavailability of a service/product, or
d. for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
e. if the Company does not want to do business with the User
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserves the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

3. DISCLAIMERS

a. Product colours and overall look: Product colours and the overall look visible on your website browsing device may vary due to your device’s display settings and resolution. We cannot guarantee that your device will accurately reflect the colour and look of our products. In case of any mismatch, we cannot accept responsibility and hence, cannot accept a return of any product due to the above reasons.
b. Taste: All our products are developed through rigorous research and development. They are continuously tested for the perfect flavour, one that will appeal our customers. Since taste is largely subjective, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds merely because the taste of any product may not be as per your liking.
c. Physical Damage: We take all measures to ensure that the products are carefully checked for quality and for any damages before they are dispatched from our Kitchen. Our products contain no artificial flavour or preservatives and are subject to heat and humidity. There could be minimum change in its shape and we request you to keep the products refrigerated at all time.
